These have to be the "RAREST" Custom Hubcaps I have ever seen. I have owned these for many years. They are "NEW OLD STUFF" in the original boxes. I have a 1 set left in gold & chrome. They all have the Beautiful Clear Plastic Bubble over them. WOW!!!!! They mount to the wheel with a grooved rubber ring, and a stainless steel 1/8" ring holds tension so they will stay on.
